Learn how to turn off or reset your Fi Tracker using the steps below. The steps vary depending on which Fi Tracker you have, so select the relevant link below to jump to the instructions for your tracker.
Series 3+
Follow the steps below to power off or reset your Fi Series 3+ Tracker.
To power off your Fi Series 3+ Tracker:
The Fi Series 3+ cannot be powered off manually. You will need to wait for it to shut down when its battery is fully drained and reaches 0 percent.
To reset your Fi Series 3+ Tracker:
- Make sure your Fi Base is plugged in.
- Place your Fi Tracker on the base. You should see your Fi Base Light turn blue, indicating your tracker is properly docked.
- On the back of the base, next to the Micro-USB port, there is a small circle. This is the reset button. Hold the reset button for 5 seconds.
- The Fi Base Light will turn red, and the light on your tracker will flash green, indicating it has reset.
Fi Mini
Follow the steps below to power off or reset your Fi Mini.
To power off your Fi Mini:
First, please remove the Fi Mini tracker from the Strap or Soft Case on your pet's collar or harness.
Then, to turn off your Fi Mini, press and hold the power button down for 4 to 5 seconds. The power button is located next to the USB-C port. While you hold the button, the light will be blue. Once the light turns off, your Fi Mini has powered off.
To reset your Fi Mini:
- Remove the Fi Mini tracker from the Strap or Soft Case on your pet's collar or harness.
- Press and hold the power button for 4 to 5 seconds to turn off. The power button is located next to the USB-C port. The light will be blue while you hold the button, and will turn off once your Fi Mini has powered off.
- Wait 30 seconds, then press the power button to turn your Fi Mini back on.
