If the Fi Collar Band you ordered is the wrong size, we're happy to exchange it for you within our 30-day return period.
You can exchange your Fi Collar Band for another size in the same series. Please note that Fi Collar Bands cannot be exchanged with Makers Bands.
Exchange Process
To exchange your Fi Collar Band:
- Order the correctly sized Fi Collar Band for your Fi Series from the accessory shop.
- Reach out to our Support Team to request your refund and initiate the exchange. Please include your invoice number and shipping address to ensure your refund is processed correctly upon arrival.
- Mail your exchange to the address provided by our Support Team. You arrange and pay for return shipping.
Once your exchange arrives at our returns center, please allow 7 to 10 business days for your Fi Collar Band refund to process.
