Within the Fi App, you can update your Fi Account email at any time.
The email address you update for your Fi Account will:
- Receive all Fi emails.
- Be the email address you use to log into your Fi Account.
- You will still use the same password you created when setting up your Fi App.
- Enter your email address in all lowercase letters.
How to Update Your Fi Account Email
To update your email in the Fi App:
Tap your pet's avatar in the lower right corner.
- Tap the Menu button.
Tap Account.
On the Account page, tap the pencil icon next to your email.
Enter your new email address.
- Tap Save.
