You can have as many pets as you'd like in your Fi Pack. There are a few ways you can switch between profiles in your Fi App, so you can easily view their location and information.

Switching Profiles in Live Tracking / Lost Mode
Steps to Switch Profiles
With the three options listed below, you can quickly switch between profiles and choose which one works best for you.
Option 1: On The Live Page

With your Fi App open, tap the Live Tab in the bottom left corner.

Then, tap the arrow next to your pet's name.
- A menu with all the pets within your household will appear. Then, tap on the profile you want to view.
Option 2: From the Profile Icon

With the Fi App open, tap and hold your pet's profile in the lower right corner.
- A menu with all the pets within your household will appear. Then, tap on the profile you want to view.
Option 3: From the Name Dropdown Menu

With the Fi App open, tap your pet's profile in the lower right corner.

Then, tap the arrow icon next to your pet's name at the top of their profile.
- A menu with all the pets within your household will appear. Then, tap on the profile you want to view.
Switching Profiles in Live Tracking / Lost Mode
In Live Tracking / Lost Mode, you can switch between your pets by tapping the arrow next to your pet's name or exiting the map before toggling between pets.
If you exit the map, you will not turn off Live Tracking/Lost Mode.
To exit the map, tap the arrow in the upper left corner of the screen.
