If your pet has more than one owner, you can provide them with Full Access privileges in the Fi App. This includes full insight into your pet's location, health data, and billing information.
If you'd like to share limited access to your account instead, you can add someone to your account with View Only or Restricted access.
Adding an Account

With the Fi App open, tap your avatar picture in the lower-right corner. Once you are in your profile, tap the 3 stacked lines in the upper-right of your screen to open the Menu:

Tap Your Pack:

Scroll to People and tap Add people

Ensure the correct access level is selected and tap Continue
- Type in their phone number and tap invite
Removing an Account

With the Fi App open, tap your avatar in the lower-right corner. Once in your profile, tap the 3 stacked lines in the upper-right to open the Menu:

Tap Your Pack

Scroll to People and tap the arrow next to their permission level.
- Tap Remove from pack. To confirm, tap Yes, remove. The removed account will no longer have access to your pet in the Fi App.
